Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains which personal data of visitors to lscms.uz (the “Site”) are processed, for what purposes, how they are protected and what rights visitors have. The Policy has been prepared in accordance with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” of 2 July 2019 (the “Law”).

1. Personal data operator

The operator and owner of the Site’s personal data database is LIFESTYLE CREATIVE AGENCY (the “Operator”), address: 68 Sadyk Azimov Street, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Data we process

2.1. Data you provide when submitting the “Discuss a project” form:

  • name;
  • company name (optional);
  • phone number;
  • email address (optional);
  • a description of your task and any other information you include in the message.

Please do not include information that is not needed to discuss the project, including data about your health, beliefs or other special categories of personal data.

2.2. Data transmitted automatically when you visit the Site:

  • IP address;
  • information about your browser, operating system and device type;
  • the page you came from and the pages you visited;
  • date and time of the visit;
  • cookies (see Section 8).

These data are used in aggregate form for traffic statistics and Site protection and are not used to identify you.

3. Purposes of processing

  • responding to your request, discussing the project, preparing a commercial proposal and a technical specification;
  • concluding and performing a contract if you decide to become our client;
  • ensuring the operation and security of the Site and protecting it against spam and abuse;
  • analysing traffic and improving the Site.

We do not use your data for advertising mailings without your separate consent and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

4. Legal basis

Form data are processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the “I consent to the processing of my personal data” box before submitting the form. The form cannot be submitted without consent. Technical data (Section 2.2) are processed to ensure the operation of the Site.

5. Storage and protection

5.1. Requests are stored in the Site database and sent to the Operator’s email. Only Operator employees who need access to handle a request can view it.

5.2. Data are stored on the server of the hosting provider used by the Operator and in the Operator’s mailbox.

5.3. We protect data with organisational and technical measures: transmission over secure HTTPS, protection of the form against request forgery and automated submissions, restricted access to the admin panel, and backups.

5.4. Request data are kept for as long as needed to achieve the purposes of processing, but no longer than 3 (three) years from your last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. Visit statistics are kept for no longer than 1 (one) year. When these periods expire, the data are deleted or anonymised.

6. Disclosure to third parties

6.1. We do not sell your personal data or transfer them to third parties for their own purposes.

6.2. Data may be processed by service providers that keep the Site running and enable communication with you — the hosting provider and the email service through which the Operator receives requests. They process data only on the Operator’s instructions and to the extent necessary to provide their services.

6.3. Data may be provided to public authorities in the cases and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Your rights

Under the Law, you have the right to:

  • know whether the Operator holds your personal data and receive information about them and how they are processed;
  • request that incomplete, inaccurate or unlawfully processed data be corrected, changed, blocked or destroyed;
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
  • appeal against the Operator’s actions to the competent public authority or a court.

To exercise your rights or withdraw consent, write to info@life-style.uz with the subject “Personal data”. We will respond within the time limits established by law. Once consent is withdrawn, we will stop processing and delete your data unless we have other legal grounds to keep them.

8. Cookies

The Site uses cookies:

  • technical — the visitor session (up to 7 days) and the form security token; the form will not work without them;
  • statistical — an anonymous visitor identifier used to count visits (up to 360 days).

If web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) are enabled on the Site, they may set their own cookies in accordance with their own policies. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings; some Site features may not work correctly as a result.

9. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may amend the Policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; the version date is shown at the top of the document.

The Policy is published in Russian, Uzbek and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the texts, the Russian version prevails.
