This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between LIFESTYLE CREATIVE AGENCY (the “Administration”) and any person using the website lscms.uz (the “User” and the “Site”, respectively).
1. General provisions
1.1. By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read the Agreement and the Privacy Policy and accept their terms. If the User does not agree with them, they must stop using the Site.
1.2. The Site is for information purposes: it presents the LS CMS website management system and the Administration’s website development and support services.
2. Use of the Site
2.1. The Site is available free of charge and without registration.
2.2. The User undertakes not to take actions that disrupt the Site: not to attempt unauthorised access to the admin panel or data, not to send spam, malicious code or automated requests through the forms, and not to use the Site for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2.3. The Administration may restrict access to the Site for a User who breaches the Agreement.
3. Intellectual property
3.1. The LS CMS system, design, texts, graphics, logos and the LSCA and LIFESTYLE CREATIVE AGENCY trademarks on the Site belong to the Administration or are used by it lawfully.
3.2. Copying, distributing or otherwise using Site materials without the Administration’s written permission is not allowed, except for quotation to the extent permitted by law with a link to the Site.
3.3. Rights to use LS CMS in client projects are granted under a separate contract; this Agreement does not grant such rights.
4. Information on the Site
4.1. The description of LS CMS features, work timelines and procedures is for reference only and is not a public offer. The scope of work, timelines, price and other terms are set by a contract between the Administration and the client.
4.2. The Administration strives to keep the information on the Site up to date but does not guarantee that it is free of inaccuracies and may change it without prior notice.
5. Requests and personal data
5.1. The User may send a request through the “Discuss a project” form. By sending a request, the User confirms that the data provided are accurate and that they are entitled to provide them, and consents to their processing under the Privacy Policy.
5.2. Sending a request does not create obligations for either party to perform work. Obligations arise only once a contract has been concluded.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The Site is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee its uninterrupted and error-free operation and is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Site caused by maintenance, equipment or network failures, or actions of third parties.
6.2. The Administration is not liable for decisions made by the User solely on the basis of information on the Site without consulting the Administration’s specialists.
7. Links to third-party resources
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Administration is not responsible for their content or for how they process data; when using such resources, the User follows their rules.
8. Governing law and disputes
8.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
8.2. Disputes are settled through negotiation. A claim is sent to info@life-style.uz and is reviewed within 30 (thirty) days. If the dispute is not settled, it is referred to the court at the Administration’s location in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9. Changes to the Agreement
The Administration may amend the Agreement. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page. By continuing to use the Site, the User accepts the new version.
The Agreement is published in Russian, Uzbek and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the texts, the Russian version prevails.
